Dylan Rings a family-owned specialty jewelry store located in Montgomery, AL. Owned and operated by Josh and Leslie Rider, Dylan Rings specializes in custom fine jewelry, repair of platinum, gold and silver fine jewelry, ring sizing and repair, watch repair and eyeglass frame repair. What makes us special is our low overhead, fine quality jewelry, on-site jewelry repair and custom-made jewelry. We pass on the low overhead while maintaining impeccable quality standards.

Josh became involved in the jewelry trade in 1993 when he joined a highly respected local jeweler providing pickup and delivery for wholesale accounts. In 1994 Josh was offered the opportunity to be a jeweler apprentice. He continued to attend school part-time and learned all aspects of jewelry sales and repair over the next five years. He excelled and became respected not only for his repair abilities with gold, platinum and silver but also for his custom designed jewelry and his knowledge of gemstones and diamonds. Josh graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a degree in art with a special emphasis in sculpture.

 Dylan Rings began operations in a closet at Whitehall Jewelers in Montgomery Mall, providing repair services for many stores in Central Alabama. Needing more space, Josh turned his garage into a jewelry shop. Leslie joined Josh full-time in 2002 to keep up with the growing business. A retail storefront was opened in 2003. The store was expanded and moved in 2005 to Peppertree Shopping Center, a more upscale and trendy location. The extra space allowed Josh to upgrade and expand his workshop, including the addition of a laser welder. In addition to jewelry and watches, Josh now does silver and eyeglass repairs.

In March of 2009 Josh and Leslie decided to move the store to a more accessible location that would be easier to find.  Dylan Rings moved to 119 Brown Springs Rd,  Montgomery, AL 36117.
